Credit – NuStar Energy credit professionals are available to get you started as a new customer, and work with you to help move your business forward with terms that meet your needs, while mitigating credit risk to NuStar. New customers are required to complete a NuStar Credit Application, an IRS Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification form W-9, and other forms depending upon line of business.

Contracts – NuStar Energy can provide short and long-term contracts ranging from monthly to 10-year terms. These contracts are designed to accommodate unique customer pricing and supply requirements.

Real-time terminal activity data – Take advantage of NuStar Energy’s Internet Stock Information System (ISIS) to obtain current information on book inventory levels, manage customer allocations, and electronic bill of lading information at NuStar-owned terminal locations. Available to our customers upon request.

Electronic Invoice Information - NuStar Energy’s Invoice Web Portal provides our customers access to view and print invoices up to 90 days after issuance. Available to our customers upon request.

Electronic Funds Transfer – take advantage of the convenience and security of EFT payments to NuStar Energy.
