Go to a safe location immediately and call 911 and the NuStar Pipeline Control Center at 800-481-0038 and report exactly what you have seen, heard or smelled and where this incident or event took place.

Call before you dig!
Please call before you dig, excavate or probe either by hand or machine in the area or vicinity of the pipeline in order to minimize the possibility of accidents and injury. Not only is it the safe thing to do, it's the law. When you call the appropriate number listed below, the One Call System will notify NuStar and the other member companies of the proposed work so that we can send a representative to the site to mark the buried pipeline prior to any excavation. This is a free service to you.
